Mr. Toh graduated from the UK and was officially admitted as a practicing lawyer by the Malaysian High Court in 2016. He possesses extensive cross-border perspective and deep local legal practice experience, specializing particularly in complex commercial disputes, intellectual property protection, and corporate compliance.

Throughout his practice, he has successfully represented numerous SMEs, startups, tech platforms, developers, and individual clients in various high-risk legal matters.   • Assisted a company with its listing on the Australian NSX and further proceeding with its listing on the US NASDAQ, boosting the company's valuation to RM 600 million, effectively enhancing international visibility and expanding global financing channels.

  • Successfully assisted clients from various industries, including food & beverage, entertainment, and biotechnology, in completing financing rounds, with a total fundraising amount reaching RM 12 million.

  • Assisted Education company with 100 branches to scale, and strengthen legal framework and mitigate risks.

  • Provided IP protection strategies for a biotech company, safeguarding R&D achievements, maintaining intellectual property rights, and mitigating infringement risks through legal means.
